USS Coronado, 06 June 2000 —
As exercise RIMPAC 2000 and exercise Strong Angel continue, civilian members of the
World Food Program (WFP), the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the United
Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) lift off of the flight deck of
USS Coronado (AGF 11) en route to a simulated refugee
camp on the "big island" of Hawaii in a U.S. Navy H-3 Sea King helicopter.
