U.S. Marines CH-46 Sea Knight
Iraq, 30 March 2003 —
A CH-46 helicopter takes off with various members of the civilian media which are going to forward
positions to capture a story near AD Diwanyah, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Operation Iraqi Freedom is the multinational coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi people,
eliminate Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction and end the regime of
Saddam Hussein.
