At sea aboard USS Tarawa (LHA 1), 12 February 2003 — U.S. Marines assigned to the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) Special Operations Capable (SOC) board a CH-46 "Sea Knight" helicopter departing for a facilities in Kuwait. The Tarawa Amphibious Ready Group arrived in the Arabian Gulf in mid-February as part of a regularly scheduled deployment.
