Sea of Japan, 29 September 2007 — A Russian KA-27 Helix helicopter lands aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Lassen (DDG 82) during exercise Pacific Eagle. Lassen and mine warfare ship USS Patriot (MCM 7) participated in exercise Pacific Eagle, a bilateral exercise with the Russian Federation Navy.
