Al Asad, Iraq, 06 August 2008 — An AH-1 Cobra, with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 167, lands at Al Asad Air Base, following training with 1st Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company. The live fire training exercise helped maintain job proficiency of both the pilots and the Marines on the ground calling for fire. The squadron conducted both day and night training.
