Ticonderoga-class Guided Missile Cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53)

South China Sea, 16 April 2006 — USS Mobile Bay (CG 53), USS Russell (DDG 59), and USS Shoup (DDG 86) perform a pass and review with the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). Lincoln and embarked Carrier Air Wing Two (CVW-2) are currently underway to the Western Pacific for a scheduled deployment.
