U.S. Air Force CV-22 Osprey

Edwards Air Force Base, California, USA, 22 September 2000 — Members of the CV-22 Integrated Test Team and visitors get a close look of the Air Force's newest aircraft. The CV-22 arrived at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif., Sept. 18 to undergo two years of testing. The Air Force plans to buy 50 CV-22s to replace its existing fleet of MH-53J Pave Low helicopters and plans to take delivery of them in 2003.
